Key Responsibilities\

  • Onboard new clients, assign them to accountants, and ensure seamless service delivery.\
  • Review monthly financial reports for errors, accuracy, and compliance with GAAP principles.\
  • Maintain strong communication channels with clients, providing regular updates on their financial performance.\
  • Monitor client satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and implement solutions to improve overall customer experience.\
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives, resolve issues, and drive process improvements.\

Required Skills and Qualifications\

  • 3-7 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably with supervisory experience.\
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.\
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Dear, or XERO.\
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas.\
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\
