Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage financial records, prepare tax returns, and perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks
  • Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Manage payroll processing and prepare payroll returns accurately and timely
  • Perform general bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and generating financial reports
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Accountant with a strong focus on QuickBooks, tax returns, payroll returns, and bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and payroll processes
