Financial Leadership Position

As a key member of the hotel's senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving financial strategy and decision-making. Your primary goal will be to ensure that the hotel operates in a financially sustainable manner, with a focus on profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and implement the hotel's overall financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the General Manager and Executive Committee based on financial performance and market trends, ensuring alignment between financial goals and the hotel's overall objectives.
Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, focusing on accurate forecasting, cost control, and revenue enhancement strategies.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive financial models to inform business decisions, leveraging data analytics and financial expertise.
Accounting & Compliance
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, cash flow management, and inventory control.
  • Ensure strict adherence to statutory regulations, internal controls, and brand/hotel financial policies, maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity.
Cost Control & Operational Support
  • Drive cost containment initiatives across departments (Rooms, F&B, Spa, etc.), analyzing expenditure patterns and implementing measures to reduce waste and optimize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align spending with business objectives and service standards, fostering a culture of fiscal responsibility.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA is an advantage but not required)
  • Minimum 7–10 years of progressive financial experience in hospitality, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality financial systems and deep understanding of hotel P&L, cost control, labor management, and capital expenditures.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with high integrity, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
