**Job Description:**

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Audit/Training Officer to lead our training sessions for Merchandisers in Southern Mindanao and Zamboanga City.

As an Audit/Training Officer, you will be responsible for facilitating training sessions, developing programs, and monitoring schedules for our merchandising team. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our merchandisers have the necessary skills to support and achieve our company's goals.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan, and organize training programs to equip merchandisers with the fundamental concepts of Bounty Fresh Food, Inc.
  • Conduct in-store training for all assigned merchandisers with high leakage rates.
  • Track attendance for payroll processing and determine stock existence and occurrence in stores.
  • Monitor and create training schedules to ensure alignment with company policies.
  • Visit assigned areas based on itineraries to inspect and verify products.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Management, or Education.
  • Experience in conducting training with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Excel, and GS Formulation.
  • Willingness to travel across Southern Mindanao and Zamboanga City.
