K9 Mania Dog Training seeks a highly skilled and motivated Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in Davao City. As an Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the productivity and quality of our company operations.
Salary & Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month, along with additional benefits including health insurance, on-site parking, paid training, and promotion to permanent employee.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and implementing standard operating procedures to maintain efficiency.
- Effectively controlling internal and external office correspondence, including communication with clients and dog trainers.
- Professionally handling inquiries, appointments, and explanations of our programs and services.
- Accurately preparing contracts, receipts, and invoices.
- Regularly reporting to the operations supervisor to uphold office and call standards.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Office Administrator will also be accountable for:
- Monitoring and promptly responding to all client messages.
- Assigning client leads to dog trainers and monitoring their progress to achieve a high closing/conversion rate.
- Keeping dog trainers updated on their schedules and messages for the day.
