Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct training sessions for new hires and tenured employees on healthcare programs, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

  • Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback to ensure that they meet the required competency levels.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Trainer in healthcare programs, with a strong track record of success.
  • BPO experience is required, with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • Proficient in creating training materials and using learning management systems (LMS), with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to analyze data and assess training effectiveness, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
Working Environment

The successful candidate will be based at The Annex at SM City Davao, where they will work closely with our operations and quality teams to deliver high-quality training programs.
