Job Summary:

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires a strong passion for delivering top-notch customer service. You will be working in a virtual environment until job offer, with the opportunity to transition to onsite work after successful completion of the onboarding process. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with shifting schedules and be able to adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
