Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Bilingual Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Accurately document customer interactions and claims in CRM systems
  • Use internal knowledge bases and training to answer questions confidently

To excel in this position, you must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with Windows operating systems. Reliable and punctual, with strong time management skills, you will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer service operations for commercial clients and public sector programs
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
  • Stay up-to-date on program updates through regular training and team meetings
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, technical support, or related field
  • Experience working with state or federal programs
