We are seeking an exceptional Account Partnership Professional to join our team.

Job Description

This role is at the forefront of revolutionizing virtual assistance services, focusing on client success and team leadership. You will lead direct video interactions with international clients, coach and develop a high-performing team of virtual assistants, bridge communication gaps between clients and VAs, and build lasting relationships with clients while preventing churn.

You will be responsible for leading engaging video calls with international clients, building deep client relationships by understanding their business goals and challenges, handling client feedback and translating it effectively to the VA team, preventing client churn, identifying expansion opportunities when clients need additional VAs or services, and onboarding new clients and setting expectations for successful VA partnerships.

Additionally, you will coach and develop a team of 5-8 virtual assistants working for your client accounts, handle VA performance issues through coaching, training, or recommending replacements, coordinate task assignments and ensure VAs are meeting client expectations, provide professional development to help VAs grow and better serve clients, manage VA scheduling, performance tracking, and career development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have proven EA/VA experience, demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with business owners or executives, leadership/supervisory experience, excellent English communication skills, and business acumen.
