Medical Management Position

This role is a key position in a team. As a Virtual Medical Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring congruence between the virtual assistant's performance and the clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of a team to meet targets set by clients.
  • Partner with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability of their businesses and Client-VA pairs.
  • Work with clients to help grow their businesses using all services offered.
  • Medical Client-VA management and client needs assessment.
  • Managing client relationships and mitigating concerns, anticipating growth, identifying patterns, handling situations, high-level escalations, negotiations, etc.
Requirements:
  • A degree in a medical or healthcare-related field is preferred.
  • At least three years of Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management experience (familiar with Operational Processes).
  • Highly proficient in the English Language (Both written and oral).
  • Ability to perform under pressure and work alongside high-level professionals in a team environment.
  • Self-starter and highly-motivated, focused, organized, and with a growth mindset.
  • At least one year of Training and Development experience (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to think outside the box and create solutions when necessary.
  • Efficient with MS Office applications and Google Suite.
