Job Title:

Senior Financial Planning Analyst

Job Description:

The Senior Financial Planning Analyst will play a key role in driving strategic decision-making across the organization. This includes leading critical initiatives, managing financial reporting and analysis, and developing comprehensive financial models.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading financial planning and analysis to inform business strategy and drive operational excellence
  • Managing monthly forecast and annual budget cycles to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Developing complex financial models to inform key initiatives and support scenario planning
  • Providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven analysis
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn financial data into strategic recommendations
  • Effective communication skills and ability to engage non-financial stakeholders
