Role Overview

This position is responsible for leading the financial operations in Europe, overseeing regional planning and financial reporting. It involves developing comprehensive financial plans for European markets, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across EMEAA, and creating insightful financial dashboards to support regional decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop strategic financial plans for European markets, considering factors such as market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with European market leaders to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across EMEAA, adhering to IFRS and corporate financial policies.
  • Dashboard Development: Create data-driven financial dashboards and KPIs to support regional decision-making.
  • Expert Insights: Provide expert analysis to inform regional strategic decisions, leveraging expertise in financial analysis and budgeting.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: A degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in financial analysis or a related field, with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning advantageous.
  • Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license a plus.
  • Flexibility: Flexible working arrangement with Hybrid set-up available.
