Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients: Ensure their needs are met and develop strong relationships to foster loyalty.
  • Analyze account performance: Develop strategies for growth and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports: Account status and performance will be presented to stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Grow business and market position: Locate, develop, define, negotiate, and close business partnerships to expand our market presence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years experience in Sales & Marketing and/or Account Management.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales cycle, from planning to closing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
