Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our transactions and maintaining the overall quality of our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing and analyzing individual transactions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with predefined criteria.
  • Identifying and flagging suspicious or potentially erroneous transactions.
  • Investigating flagged transactions to determine root cause and resolve issues.
  • Reporting on transaction trends and anomalies.
  • Maintaining the overall quality and effectiveness of the organization's business processes according to ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Systems Analysis.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 Standards.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Tools and Methodologies.
  • Process Auditing, Documentation, and Compliance Monitoring.
