Job Overview

The Global Reward Consultant, Senior Associate role requires analytical support for global reward projects. This includes market pricing, pay range development, compensation benchmarking and analysis, and reporting and analysis for compensation reviews.


Key Responsibilities
  • Compensation surveys, job matching, and benchmarking studies are led by the team with globally sourced vendors.
  • Project management of compensation survey submissions involves detailing activities, timelines, communication plans, and providing necessary tools or templates to facilitate the submissions.
  • Guidance is provided to Region / Country Reward leaders throughout the submission process to review and validate benchmarking and employee data sets.
  • Award-winning analysis and findings synthesis into visual graphs, storytelling, and presentations for various stakeholders are prepared and conducted.
