Project Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Project Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the success of client projects.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients throughout their project production process and serve as a liaison between them and our production team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure projects remain within scope and timelines are met.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with our product development team to create top-tier products and services.
  • Work closely with team members to develop innovative solutions for clients and their websites.
  • Report department performance on a weekly basis, highlighting important issues, successes, and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and coordinate with clients and production teams regarding new or updated processes and products.
  • Provide feedback to management to improve products, services, and customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in project management.
  • A background in art and design is beneficial.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a neutral North American accent.
  • A background in handling internet-related products such as web hosting and web design.
  • High adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced work environment.
  • A goal-driven and detail-oriented individual.
