Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Filinvest Group. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay is memorable.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in e-commerce roles, preferably in the hospitality industry. They should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational and comprehension abilities.
A successful Customer Service Coordinator will demonstrate discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and be able to work effectively under pressure. They must also possess strong time management skills and be flexible in their approach.
In this role, you will be responsible for processing reservations, communicating with guests and travel agents, and maintaining accurate records. You will also assist in preregistration activities, prepare letters of confirmation, and process cancellations and modifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process reservations by mail, telephone, telex, cable, fax, or central reservation systems referral.
- Communicate reservation information to the front desk.
- Process cancellations and modifications and promptly relay this information to the front desk.
- Prepare letters of confirmation.
- Assist in preregistration activities when appropriate.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in e-commerce roles - Hospitality Industry Experience preferred.
- Excellent written, and verbal communication, organization, and comprehension skills.
- Show absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handles multiple and concurrent demands.
The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 per annum, plus benefits and bonuses based on performance.
