Are you a seasoned travel professional looking for a challenging role in corporate travel management? We are seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Coordinator to join our team at J-K Network Services

As a Coverage Professional, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating business travel arrangements for our clients. This includes planning and booking flights, hotels, and transportation, as well as providing exceptional customer service to ensure seamless travel experiences.

About the Role:

  • Plan and book corporate travel itineraries for clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and car rental companies.
  • Monitor and manage travel budgets, negotiating rates and agreements to optimize costs.
  • Provide expert advice on travel-related matters, including visa requirements, health and safety protocols, and destination information.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate travel coordination or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results, exceeding client expectations, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with global distribution systems (GDS) and other travel technology platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality, tourism, or business administration.
