Technical Support Specialist

A Service Desk Operator is required to provide technical support for a software company. The role involves working independently and collaboratively to research, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions. The operator will assist clients via phone, email, and web sessions, managing and processing daily requests or reported issues in the bug tracking system.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Support: Respond to user inquiries regarding technical assistance.

- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and attempt to resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Resolution and Escalation: Resolve user problems within established guidelines or escalate to appropriate support teams when necessary.
- Communication: Keep users informed about the status of their requests and provide timely updates on issue resolution progress.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems or service desk software.
