Job Overview
The IT Support Specialist plays a vital role in delivering seamless technical services. This position involves on-site and remote support, focusing on incident management, service requests, and infrastructure maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical Troubleshooting:
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying technical issues.
  • Conduct on-site visits when necessary to troubleshoot endpoint devices, network connectivity, and IT infrastructure problems.
  • Support the deployment and configuration of IT systems.
  • Maintain security and compliance standards.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices.


Customer Support:
  • Deliver high-quality IT support services.
  • Provide clear communication to users.
  • Assist with the IT aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams.
  • Offer proactive guidance to users on IT best practices.


SLA Compliance, Ticket Management, and Documentation:
  • Manage IT tickets efficiently.
  • Follow ITIL best practices.
  • Keep accurate records of reported issues.
  • Ensure IT asset tracking is maintained.
  • Support audits by ensuring IT service records are up to date.


Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement:
  • Monitor user feedback to assess satisfaction.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with IT teams to implement system updates.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Participate in IT projects.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Technical Skills
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Proficiency in ticketing systems, ITIL processes, and remote support tools.
  • Experience with endpoint management and Active Directory administration.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues in software applications.
