About This Job

This role plays a key part in the International Governance team providing exceptional services and promoting its ideals through the organization.

The position collaborates closely with First Advantage Operations, Client Management, and local teams to address client and program concerns and enhance the client and candidate experience by offering improved visibility to operations leadership, effective operations execution, and enhancements in key performance indicators like turnaround time, quality, unable to verify rates, and efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting POCs on all aspects of global vendor management
  • Working closely with other team members to identify opportunities for proactive and strategic solutions to vendor performance management
  • Contributing to problem identification and data analysis to drive performance improvements
  • Analyzing performance trends against 'Service Level Agreements' and operational goals
  • Updating and maintaining operational systems and documentation to ensure change controls are in place
  • Providing insights and monitoring process updates in expanding global knowledge with First Advantage teams or clients

Requirements for Success

For this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration or an equivalent course
  • 3-5 years of industry experience or equivalent
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient written and verbal English language skills
  • Ability to think strategically and lead
  • 'Customer First' mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in reporting on key metrics
  • Strong decision-making skills
