We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is a key part of ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations across multiple countries in the Asia-Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and validate accounts payable invoices, resolving discrepancies to ensure accurate posting in Oracle
  • Prepare quarterly GST reports for applicable jurisdictions
  • Reconcile bank statements weekly against general ledger entries
  • Maintain accounting databases, including data entry and backup documentation
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries related to accounts payable adjustments
  • Manage monthly revaluation of foreign vendor balances and cash positions
  • Prepare and maintain weekly funding requirement schedules
  • Assist in statutory audits for entities in the Asia-Pacific region
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Banking, or Business Management
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, with solid exposure to accounts payable and general ledger
  • Strong understanding of accounting processes and cycles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
