Job Title

A dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Planning Analyst is required to support our organization's financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of financial systems, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual who can manage financial workflows, datasets, and reporting frameworks to drive business growth and improvement. This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely financial information is provided to stakeholders.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain financial systems, datasets, and reporting frameworks to support decision-making
  • Work closely with team members to ensure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time
  • Classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks
  • Take ownership of routine administrative and follow-up tasks, freeing up senior team members for strategic work
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting or another analytical field
  • At least 4-5 years of related work experience as a financial controller
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling)
  • Ability to build and work with financial/data models
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Eager to learn and adaptable to changing workflows and tools
  • A 'can-do' mindset, with high energy and willingness to go the extra mile
