  • As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for working on approved business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for web or mobile development.
  • You will analyze business needs and design, develop and maintain web and/or mobile applications according to these requirements.
  • A strong problem-solver with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you will provide development estimates, ensure project completion within the allotted timeline and review program codes and correct errors.
  • With a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation, you will collaborate with digital designers to implement user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing and responsive across different devices.
  • Additionally, you will integrate web or mobile applications with backend systems, APIs, and third-party services as required and participate in system data migration processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and skills of data structures, algorithms, system programming, code organization, code readability, defensive coding, testing, code optimization and error handling are essential.
  • Experience with backend development, APIs and integration with databases (RESTful, SOAP APIs, SQL) is an advantage.
  • 1+ year of programming experience is desired.
  • Team players with a sense of accountability and ownership are highly valued.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment are must-haves.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.
  • Fast learners who are willing to learn new skills and technology are encouraged to apply.
