Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned technology leader with deep expertise in overseeing service delivery and operations within a core banking environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of modern technologies such as AI, big data, blockchain, cloud computing, and digital payments infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end technology operations and service delivery for banking systems, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business goals.

  • Drive business growth through innovative, solution-oriented strategies including RFP handling, pricing models, and governance of solution design and deployment.

  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation and reporting for client portfolios to support operational and business needs.

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity in line with strategic plans.

  • Lead service delivery reviews to ensure adherence to SLAs, monitor ongoing project performance, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders for issue resolution.

  • Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards, working closely with internal audit and risk management teams.

  • Serve as the primary interface with clients, translating their requirements into actionable goals for internal teams.

  • Maintain a log of all system incidents, application issues, and significant outages for tracking and analysis purposes.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong leadership in data-driven innovation, solution development, and financial services operations.

  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts or business domains, ensuring delivery in accordance with contractual service agreements.

  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure including solution architecture, network protocols (MPLS, IPSEC VPN, SD-WAN), Active Directory, and cloud platforms.

  • Skilled in client relationship management, acting as the escalation point for operational or service-related issues.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to analyze and present data effectively.

  • Ability to lead the adoption and integration of enterprise-wide technology initiatives.

Internal Collaboration:

  • Regular interaction with senior business operations leadership.

  • Coordination with various technology teams and functional leaders across the organization.
