Job Title

A Program Supervisor position is available, responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of high-quality teaching, learning, and training practices within assigned Learning Areas.

The successful candidate will assist the Director for Academics in delivering quality leadership and Learning Area management in accordance with the school's philosophy, mission, vision, goals, and objectives.

  • Reviews, assesses, revises, and develops learning area programs, curriculum papers, and resources.
  • Supervises instructional processes and collaborates with Academic Council members and campus School Heads to solve challenges in designated learning areas.
  • Plans, improves, and monitors testing programs for assigned subject areas.
  • Conducts teacher supervision through observation, coaching, and mentoring for better teaching performance.
  • Obtains and uses evaluative results to assess the efficacy of allocated learning area's curriculum and teaching program.
  • Assists in planning and managing resources for supplies, equipment, and facilities in assigned learning areas.
  • Disseminates information about current research and major advancements in designated fields on a local and national level.
  • Demonstrates teaching strategies and best practices.
  • Undergoes trainings and workshops for professional development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A graduate of TLE or ICT related course with minimum 3 years teaching experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications and technologies.
