Barista Instructor

As a skilled Coffee Professional, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs covering all aspects of coffee from bean to cup.

• Actively participate in hands-on learning experiences including coffee brewing, roasting, tasting, and sensory analysis.
• Support senior trainers during workshops and courses, assist in setting up training environments and managing training materials.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of training modules and educational content.
• Provide feedback on course effectiveness and student engagement.

• Continuously assess personal progress and set developmental goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the coffee industry.
• Promote community involvement by participating in coffee events, competitions, and gatherings.
• Represent the academy in various coffee-related forums and discussions.

This role is ideal for those with proven experience in coffee training, barista instruction, or coffee education. In-depth knowledge of coffee brewing methods, roasting processes, and sensory analysis is essential. Experience in curriculum development or instructional design is also beneficial. Certifications from reputable coffee organizations are preferred.
