Overview

The ideal candidate for this position will be a strategic thinker with experience in business development, sales or partnerships within the education sector. They must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.


Job Responsibilities
  • Identify target colleges and universities in USA and Canada, researching their academic and administrative needs and aligning SolutionInn's platform with these requirements.
  • Develop tailored strategies for engaging with institutional clients, creating proposals and presenting SolutionInn's value proposition to academic decision-makers.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a smooth transition between stages.
  • Pitch SolutionInn's platform to educational leaders, showcasing how it enhances student engagement and academic performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, and client success) to ensure the successful implementation of our platform within partnered institutions.
  • Negotiate terms and finalize contracts, maintaining long-term relationships with universities and adapting strategies as needed.
  • Actively expand existing partnerships, identifying opportunities for upselling or introducing new features and services.
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to business development efforts, tracking progress towards goals and revenue targets.

Required Skills
  • English language fluency (American accent preferred).
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills, with the ability to structure win-win deals and inform business strategies using data insights.
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop trust and rapport with senior academic stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with the academic ecosystem, including decision-making processes within colleges and universities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred).
