The Supply Planning Lead must balance hands-on workforce management expertise with coaching, development, and performance management of Supply Planning Specialists/Analysts. Effective communication and collaboration are vital to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term supply planning strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze trends in absenteeism and create mitigation strategies to minimize impact on operations.
  • Maintain processes to promote responsible utilization of company resources.
  • Lead the implementation of data-driven strategies balancing priorities and timelines of multiple business units.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's Degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in operations, preferably in technology industry.
  • 5+ years of people management experience, including managing leaders, and a strong desire to develop team members.
  • Adaptable and energized by a fast-paced environment.
