Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned operations professional to oversee daily job deployment schedules for fiber/cabling technicians and project leads. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the daily operations of a growing company, coordinate tech deployments, track job performance, and keep the business running efficiently across multiple U.S. cities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily job deployment schedules
  • Track timelines, crew assignments, and materials
  • Coordinate with internal recruiters, dispatchers, and project managers
  • Update and maintain operational dashboards with live project status
  • Collect and organize time sheets, labor logs, and project costs for invoicing
  • Follow up with techs and leads to ensure job quality and adherence to client requirements
  • Prepare daily and weekly operational reports
  • Assist in streamlining SOPs and operational documentation

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in operations, project coordination, or field management
  • Strong knowledge of telecom workflows: drops, patch panels, terminations, rack and stack, fiber pulls, etc
  • Familiarity with U.S. business operations (labor schedules, compliance tracking, job costing)
  • Fluent in English — must be able to communicate clearly with U.S.-based teams
  • Experience with tools like ClickUp, Airtable, Monday.com, Slack, and Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical background (e.g., former field tech or project engineer)
  • Prior experience working with U.S. staffing or contracting companies
  • Knowledge of OSHA/jobsite safety practices
  • Ability to work U.S. hours (or partial overlap)
