Key Responsibilities:

  • Design LPG piping layout through floor or kitchen plans provided by client through ocular inspections as per industry standards. Study project plan, specification and calculating time requirements.
  • Arrange the necessary manpower, materials and equipment including PPEs.
  • End-to-end on-site project monitoring through progress reports, coordination activities and problem resolutions. Monitor requests and all movement of equipment requested from the warehouse and establish standard work instructions, house rules and regulations for the team.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety and legal requirements throughout the duration of all projects.
  • Coordinate workflow, scope and methodology to general contractors/clients.
  • Perform necessary communication with other subcontractors to ensure unhindered work and safe working conditions. Act as the main on-site coordinator between the installation team and the assigned Project Engineer.
  • Securing all necessary work permits such as but not limited to: hot works permit, temporary facility, power & water supply etc.
  • Prepare all necessary reports for both internal and external clients.
  • Coordinate workflow, scope and methodology to general contractors/clientS and perform necessary communication with other subcontractors to ensure unhindered work and safe working conditions.
  • Conduct / Participate in pre-installation tool box meetings.
  • Provide on-site supervision to assigned team (task delegation, project monitoring, DTR monitoring)
  • Provide instructions and necessary guidance to the installation team on-site.
  • Resolve manpower issues and other irregularities and report to Project Engineer. Coordinate with HROD on case hearings when necessary.
