Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns, utilizing your communication skills and problem-solving abilities to provide solutions and resolve issues. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, responding to customer requests and interacting with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with service inquiries and resolve their issues efficiently
