Key Role:

As an SAP Subject Matter Expert in the presales solutioning process, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's success by designing and presenting tailored SAP solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.


Primary Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design and Development:
    • Collaborate closely with sales teams and support staff to develop high-quality, client-focused proposals that effectively address business challenges.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and external clients, providing expert guidance on how SAP solutions can meet their specific needs.
    • Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of proposed solutions.

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies, products, and industry trends to provide cutting-edge advice to clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Leverage technical knowledge to create innovative proof-of-concept demonstrations that highlight the benefits and functionalities of SAP solutions.
    • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful solution delivery.
    • Contribute to the preparation of RFx responses, ensuring comprehensive and competitive proposals.
    • Support the sales team in developing pricing strategies and commercial proposals.

Required Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of experience as an SAP SME in presales solutioning or project consulting roles.
  • Deep understanding of SAP offerings, including RISE, GROW, and add-ons, as well as emerging technologies like SAP BTP, Integration Suite, ML, and AI-related technologies.
  • Strong expertise in translating client needs into tailored SAP/ERP solutions, backed by a solid understanding of cross-industry business processes.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to craft compelling, strategic solution proposals.
  • Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems while aligning proposals with business objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and build trust with teams and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
