A Sous Chef is responsible for the administration, operation, inter-departmental relations, communication, cost control, hygiene and cleanliness, quality standards, supervision, manning, staffing, training and employee relations in a hotel or resort setting.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Implementing standardized procedures, rules and regulations systematically to align with hotel standards and policies.
  • Managing kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food production and exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in an international hotel or resort in a similar capacity. Strong background in Wok cooking techniques is preferred along with knowledge of selecting, preparing and executing authentic wok-cooked dishes.
