Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Expert

This position is ideal for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in regulatory affairs.

  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards by assessing the impact of regulatory changes on business operations.
  • Develop strategic plans to meet regulatory requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective risk management strategies.
  • Implement quality systems to manage product safety, efficacy, quality, and performance, ensuring regulatory requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory submissions, including product registrations, pre-market notifications, and post-market surveillance reports.
  • Act as primary point of contact during inspections, audits, and regulatory agency interactions, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize regulatory risks, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Review and approve product labelling, promotional materials, and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance, providing clear recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide regulatory expertise and support to internal stakeholders, fostering a culture of regulatory awareness and compliance.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or related field.
  • Possession of a Master's degree is advantageous.
