
Seamless Guest Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Guest Services Agent to join our team. As the primary point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for ensuring their stays are seamless and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and communications.
- Answer guest phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Effectively resolve guest issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain high standards of service.
- Update reservations accurately for proper accounting.
- Liaise with online platforms to resolve any channel-specific issues.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with online travel agencies (OTAs) such as Airbnb and VRBO.
- Experience with short-term rental property management systems like Guesty.
- Fluency in English, both in writing and speaking.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
