Job Title: Remote Front Office Support Specialist

Description

This remote role involves providing administrative and operational support to a hotel's Front Office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming reservation emails, processing bookings in the property management system, and completing daily reports.

The successful candidate will also assist with Night Audit preparation, ensuring all guest profiles and reservation data are accurately maintained in the system. Additionally, they will respond to basic guest queries via email or other communication platforms, handle overflow calls, and reconcile daily takings and financial transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential for this role.
  • Communication Skills: Professional written communication skills are required to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Technical Proficiency: Tech-savvy individuals with confidence in using PMS, Microsoft Office, and email systems are preferred.
  • Organizational Skills: Organized and able to manage competing priorities remotely, this role requires a high level of self-motivation and autonomy.
