Global Transformation Lead

This is a pivotal role that requires taking overall accountability for the successful delivery of a global S/4HANA transformation. As Global Transformation Lead, you will oversee systems integration partners and ensure alignment between business and technology teams.

The Role
  • Own the global S/4HANA programme strategy, roadmap, and delivery plan.
  • Lead programme governance, steering committees, and stakeholder management at executive level.
  • Manage programme risks, change control, and resourcing.
  • Drive adoption of standardised processes while respecting regulatory and compliance requirements specific to life sciences.
  • Ensure the transformation delivers measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and visibility across global operations.
About You
  • Proven track record of leading complex, global S/4HANA or SAP transformation programmes (full lifecycle).
  • Strong background in programme governance, delivery assurance, and stakeholder management at C-suite level.
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries, ideally life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
  • Ability to influence at senior level and lead diverse, cross-functional teams across geographies.
