Mental Health Specialist

The Zevo Group is seeking a qualified professional to provide psychological support and guidance to our team members.

As a mental health specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting emotional wellbeing within the workplace. You will work closely with team members to identify and address their mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Emotional Support Sessions: Conduct regular one-on-one sessions to provide emotional support and guidance to team members.
  • Group Interventions: Facilitate small-group sessions to promote teamwork and social connection among team members.
  • Training & Development: Deliver training sessions on topics such as stress management, coping strategies, and decision-making skills.
  • Observation & Support: Conduct daily floor walks to observe team interactions and provide support as needed.
  • Monitoring & Communication: Actively monitor and respond to communications from team members, maintaining a professional and supportive response protocol.
  • Data Collection & Analysis: Accurately record attendance and aggregate trends/topics in our system of record.
  • Wellbeing Insights & Reporting: Summarize trends and insights from sessions and observations, contributing to regular team updates and meetings.

Qualifications and Experience: A minimum master's degree in psychology, with a valid and active license from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as a Registered Psychologist (RPsy) or Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC).
