Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality structural drawings and models, ensuring they meet the required standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing accurate and detailed structural drawings and Revit models;
  • Conducting quality checks on own work and project materials;
  • Executing advanced model execution tasks, including complex geometry;
  • Ensuring construction documents are accurately modeled;
  • Creating and communicating plans of approach to stakeholders;
  • Documenting tasks and estimating hours required to complete deliverables;
  • Communicating with clients and stakeholders regarding project progress and any roadblocks;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Autodesk Certified Professional: Revit for Structural Design;
  • At least 3 years of full-time work experience in structural design;
  • Experience in mid-sized structural projects;
  • Strong knowledge of concrete, steel, wood, light gauge, and/or masonry design;
  • Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills;
