AI Model Evaluator Role

We're seeking a highly skilled AI Model Evaluator to join our team. As an AI Model Evaluator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of AI models.

Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality training data sets for AI models to enhance their performance, including improving fluency, coherence, and voice.
  • Annotate data to align AI models with human values, promoting responsible AI development.
  • Analyze and refine grammar, syntax, and sentence structure in both expert-generated and AI model-generated text to ensure adherence to linguistic rules.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and software engineers, to iterate and refine data sets.
  • Contribute to evolving specifications for AI model training and data recipes, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Navigate a dynamic environment, adapting to shifting priorities and guidelines while achieving target KPIs within specified data production windows.

Requirements
  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Have strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in data annotation tools and techniques, with knowledge of machine learning and AI principles.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
