Advanced Building Information Modeller

We are seeking an experienced BIM professional to join our team.
As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate 3D BIM models for building services. You will create high-quality parametric Revit models and libraries for MEP and other AEC assets, collaborate with project teams to ensure models align with design intent and construction requirements, implement BIM workflows and processes to improve project coordination and delivery, perform clash detection and construction coordination, prepare architectural or engineering documentation as required, provide BIM support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders, and maintain model and content quality and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:- Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of Revit drafting/modeling experience.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with demonstrated experience in content/family creation.
- Strong knowledge of MEP, Structural systems, and construction documentation.
- Familiarity with Australian Building and BIM Standards.
- Intermediate/advanced skills in Autodesk Revit and associated toolsets.
- Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce clash-free, highly coordinated models.
- Familiarity with Rhino3D.
- Experience using Revit, BIM360.
- Experience with visual programming tools such as Dynamo or Grasshopper.
- Experience developing BIM content for product manufacturers or libraries.
