Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Building Information Modeller to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure design group, you will play a crucial role in creating detailed models of buildings and structures using Revit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and review drawings with the Team Lead and Engineers to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Proactively advise the Team Lead of any delays or scope changes.
  • Ensure drawings are completed to the required quality, schedule, and standards.
  • Release technical queries daily and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date job folders and progress reports.
  • Participate in project meetings and conference calls as needed.

">Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of building information modelling (BIM) software, including Revit. You should also have excellent communication skills, confidence, and intuition.

  • Preferably holds a relevant Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent drafting technology diploma, with 8–10+ years of experience.
  • Skilled in detailing steel and concrete structures; timber experience is a plus but not required.
  • Proficient in BIM software, with additional experience in tools such as BIM 360, Navisworks, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Dynamo, Grasshopper, Enscape, Tekla, and seismic detailing.
  • Strong project experience includes water infrastructure, substations, and multi-story structures with typical detailing.
