  • Develop detailed drawings and 3D models using Revit to meet high standards.
  • Lead project teams, breaking down tasks, estimating time required, committing to goals, and communicating with colleagues.
  • Coordinate with clients, ensure timely responses, and facilitate collaboration with external partners.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development, stay updated on industry best practices, and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant work experience or combined education accepted.
  • Autodesk Certified Professional: Revit for Structural Design certification is essential.
  • Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in structural design, preferably in mid-sized projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit software, as well as working knowledge of Tekla, SDS/2, and/or StrucSoft highly valued.
  • Understanding of various building materials, including concrete, steel, wood, light gauge, and masonry.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently.
