About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Google Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team at skyrocket-studios-global. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing successful Google Ads campaigns that drive real results.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max platforms.
  • Keyword Research and Ad Copywriting: Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to ensure high-quality, relevant ads that engage our target audience.
  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns for performance, including bid adjustments, budget allocation, A/B testing, and quality score improvements.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to campaign delivery, ad disapprovals, or policy violations.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Data Analysis: Use tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Looker Studio to track KPIs and campaign metrics.
  • Regular Reporting: Create and deliver regular performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Trend Analysis and Forecasting: Analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimize ROI, and support decision-making.
  • Budgeting and Projections: Provide performance forecasts, projections, and budgeting guidance based on campaign goals.
Strategy & Execution
  • Campaign Strategy Development: Develop Google Ads strategies aligned with client objectives and sales funnels.
  • New Campaign Opportunities: Propose new campaign opportunities or formats to improve reach and conversions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive execution and message alignment.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Recommend improvements to landing pages to increase Quality Score and conversion rates.
Tool & Platform Utilization
  • Google Ads Tools: Effectively use Google Ads Editor, Keyword Planner, Conversion Tracking, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools.
  • Integration Management: Manage integrations with Google Merchant Center, YouTube, or CRM systems as needed.
  • Data Validation: Set up and validate conversion tracking, event tracking, and UTM parameters to ensure accurate data collection.
Industry Knowledge
  • Market Trends: Stay informed about market developments and opportunities within the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries.
  • Digital Marketing Techniques: Keep abreast of digital marketing techniques and trends to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Continuous Learning: Share industry knowledge openly and regularly with the team to foster continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, or Performance Max).
  • Certification: Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, or others) is a strong advantage.
  • Skills: Proficient with Google Suite products, especially Google Sheets, and possess exceptional interpersonal and public relations skills.
  • Analytical Abilities: Demonstrate strong analytical abilities, making data-driven decisions.
  • Remote Work: Ability to work independently in a remote work setting.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, particularly with digital collaboration tools like Google Drive and Asana.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach.
