Overview

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the company's automotive marketing efforts by preparing marketing reports, developing content, and assisting with digital marketing campaigns. This role involves data collection, content writing, and coordination with the marketing team to optimize lead generation, website traffic, and SEO performance. The position reports to the Marketing Director.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and organize data from dealership campaigns (digital ads, email marketing, showroom promotions).
  • Compile weekly/monthly reports on lead generation, website traffic, and SEO engagement.
  • Develop content for website SEO optimization across multiple automotive dealership websites.
  • Track and analyze organic traffic volume changes based on content updates.
  • Maintain regular communication with the onshore team to clarify deliverables and deadlines.
  • Document and track tasks using project management tools for transparency and accountability.
  • Stay updated on automotive marketing trends and dealership-specific promotions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • At least two (2) years of marketing experience.
  • Experience creating content using tools such as Canva.
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Excel).
  • Demonstrates a general understanding of digital advertising metrics and automotive industry trends.
  • Self-motivated and reliable, with hands-on experience using remote collaboration tools (Slack, Google Meet).
