Job Description

This role supports the administration and execution of global channel programs and promotions.

The Channel Operations Specialist is responsible for understanding global programs, promotions, and their execution in different countries worldwide.

This position involves managing programs, promotions, benefits, MDF, lead and account management, case management, MPS Express Support, partner onboarding coordination, demo management, and partner claims and pay-outs.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tools Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM tools, MD365, Loyalty Perks site, SAP, and MS Excel.
  • Analysis: Ability to analyze situations and arrive at solutions.
  • Project Management: Ability to track and manage different projects.
  • Customer Service: Relationship-building and providing correct solutions; able to think of innovation to address needs.
  • Communication: Clearly and effectively present sales and business reports and analysis, ideas, opinions, and conclusions orally and in writing.
  • Decision-Making: Ability to verify whether a request is valid and determine approvals.

Benefits
  • Bachelor's Degree: In any course from an accredited college or university. Preferably in Information Technology.
  • Work Experience: 2 years BPO work-related experience.
  • MD365 Experience: At least 1 year experience in using MD365.
  • CRM Systems Administration: An advantage if candidate has experience in administering CRM systems.
  • Sales and Marketing Operations Support: Background in Sales and Marketing Operations Support.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Tasks: Experience with analytical and problem-solving tasks related to sales, marketing, systems, or business tools.
