Job Description

Seeking a skilled customer support professional to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide product demonstrations, and manage CRM systems.

  • Resolve technical issues and answer product inquiries via phone or email.
  • Conduct live product demos to showcase features and functionality.
  • Provide excellent customer service through tech support and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage multiple client accounts, offering tailored solutions and support.
  • Maintain clear documentation of interactions and resolutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in fast-paced environments and be comfortable managing multiple client accounts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Technical Support: Resolve technical issues and answer product inquiries.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer support, sales, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively across multiple client accounts.
