Customer Support Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch support via chats, emails, and phone calls to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and apply them to improve customer experiences
  • Work securely with sensitive customer information and adhere to data protection policies
  • Implement best practices for customer happiness and retention
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our clients' products and services
  • Collaborate with developers and other departments to resolve complex issues
Requirements:
  • Native fluency in Chinese and English (B2 level or higher)
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
  • Proven skills in live chat and email support
  • Personal or professional experience in the crypto industry
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Positive attitude and responsibility
  • A reliable laptop or computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
