Key Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced IT professional to fill the position of System Administrator. This is a pivotal role that plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth onboarding/offboarding of users, maintaining IT system efficiency, and providing technical support across various locations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT security principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to support both onsite and remote users. They should also have hands-on experience with technical support/help desk operations, as well as familiarity with tools such as DialPad, Keeper, and Happeo.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage Google Workspace user onboarding and offboarding
  • Assist with administration of core tech systems
  • Advise and optimize technology for a real estate franchise company
  • Gain valuable experience in real estate tech and contribute to organisational growth

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Support and manage core technology products, including security tools (e.g., Keeper)
  • Administer and enhance support desk performance
  • Ensure SLA compliance by resolving tickets promptly
  • Troubleshoot technology issues at Head Office and escalate to suppliers when required

Other Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and coordinating projects
  • Support Google integrations with other systems

Regular Tasks:

  • Manage Gmail and Workspace account onboarding/offboarding
  • Operate support desk and address technical issues
  • Provide digital product support to HQ & Network
  • IT & Google Workspace support
  • IT security monitoring
  • Google integrations setup
  • Document and manage SOPs
  • Attend team meetings and collaborate with relevant teams

Responsibility Allocation:

  • Google & IT System Admin & Support: 50%
  • Other Technology Systems Admin & Support: 25%
  • Special Projects & Team Support: 25%

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with technical support/help desk operations
  • Familiarity with tools such as DialPad, Keeper, and Happeo
  • Proven experience with Google Workspace administration (including Gmail setup, data backup, and storage configuration)
  • Strong understanding of IT security principles
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
